Our shower steamers provide you with natural relief from stuffy noses as well as a natural aromatic boost. Simply place one steamer on the floor of your shower off to the side. As the water hits the steamer it will release a blend of menthol and essentials oils to help relieve cold congestion & give your senses a wake up. 
Not taking a shower and need some relief? Simply break off a piece of the steamer, place it in a bowl of warm water. Position your face over the bowl, take some deep breaths and enjoy!
